Buried scraper conveyor

The buried scraper conveyor is a kind of transportation equipment which continuously transports the bulk materials in the closed rectangular section shell with the help of the moving scraper chain. The buried scraper conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small volume, strong sealing and convenient installation and maintenance. It can not only transport horizontally, but also transport obliquely or vertically. It can be used for multi-point feeding and multi-point unloading. The process layout is flexible and the totally enclosed transport does not pollute the environment. In case of overload, the anti impact relay will cut off the power supply immediately to protect the whole machine in good condition.

The large-scale "new type" buried scraper conveyor researched by our factory has the same external size and technical performance as the common type, but the particle size of the conveying material can reach 4-6 times of the common type (see the table below). Its feature is that the multi degree of freedom circular chain which is not easy to be stuck is used, and the high-strength scraper with large side clearance is used, so as to realize the reliable transportation of large-scale materials.
